INFORMATION
$25.00 Minimum Order (Credit Card orders only)
Ordering:
Mosley accepts ordering by
phone, fax, or by mail. Visa,
Mastercard, Check or Money Order
drawn on a United States bank
accepted as payment.
Phone
Orders: Mosley is factory-direct
in the United States of America.
Specify whether payment is by Visa
or Mastercard. Shipping and handling
charges are added at the time of
order. Due to the nature of our
product and the types of materials
used, ALL payments are processed at
the time of order. Mosley no
longer accepts COD orders.
Mail
Orders: Include proper
address and phone number. Specify
whether payment is by check, money
order, Visa, or Mastercard. Please
include 15% (approximate) to cover
shipping charges and $5.00 for
handling charges. This is an average
amount due to the weight of some
items, additional shipping may be
required. For an exact shipping
charge, please call for a quote.
Sorry no COD orders. Quotations are
firm for a period of thirty (30)
days after submittal of quote to
buyer.
Shipping:
We have a minimum order of $20.00.
Orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground
or USPS priority mail unless
otherwise specified. All truck
shipments are shipped Freight
Pre-Paid unless prior arrangements
are made. All orders are sent FOB
shipping point.
Delivery: Due to the
nature of our product and
the materials used, lead
times vary across product
lines. Please visit our NEWS
page for current lead time information. Most
smaller items are shipped
immediately from stock.
Larger items are usually
subject to lead times.
Please specify any special
delivery terms at the time
of ordering. We will try
to accommodate any special
delivery request if
allowable.
For
Custom/Commercial:
Delivery commitments will
be met whenever possible.
All custom-designed
antennas and some
cataloged types are
assembled in prototype and
installed on test range to
assure optimum tuning.
Weather is thus a
determining factor in
meeting delivery
schedules. We assume no
responsibility for such
delays beyond our control
including delays in
materials and contractual
agreements shall not be
effected thereby.
Returns:
A return materials
authorization number, or
RMA number, must be
obtained before returning
any merchandise. All
returned items must be in
new, unused condition and in the
original boxes. Credit
will not be issued for
returned material if it
has been assembled, marked, altered,
or abused. Shortages must
be reported within 5 days
of receipt of shipment. No
returns will be accepted
after 30 days from invoice
date. Orders placed
incorrectly may be subject
to a 15% restocking fee.
Returned orders may be
subject to a restocking
fee of up to 20%, and we
reserve the right to
inspect returned goods and
adjust credit in
accordance with condition
of goods. Shipping and
handling charges are
non-refundable. Any
packages returned to
Mosley without an RMA will
be refused upon delivery,
and Mosley will not be
held responsible for loss
or damage due to
subsequent refusal. Please
be sure to return any item
of value properly insured.
Any refund will be given as company credit.
Cancellations:
Credit Card orders
which are cancelled prior
to shipment may be subject
to a processing fee of up
to 8%.
Amateur Orders:
Effective 01-01-2006, any Amateur order placed and then
subsequently cancelled prior to shipment will receive
company credit. Refunds will not be given. All
Amateur orders are made to order.
For
Custom/Commercial Orders: Buyers who
cancel orders after work has begun,
but before completion of orders,
will be invoiced for any special
materials purchased for the jobs,
plus tooling costs directly involved
and labor expended.
Damaged,
Lost or Short Shipments: Notify
your local Federal Express office
immediately. Also contact us so that
we can reship the merchandise and
place a claim. Keep damaged goods
and containers until advised to
dispose.

printer errors.
Mosley reserves the right to change
product and material specifications
without prior notice or obligation.
